SWEEPSTAKES SPECIFICS:

Entry Deadline: 11:59 P.M., CT, 7/24/24. Upon timely entry, your assigned Prize Number(s) will be fully eligible to win. If you are eligible for multiple entries, multiple Prize Numbers will be assigned to you. Entries submitted from this Promotion after the deadline will be deemed invalid.

Prize:

• If the matching winning number for Sweepstakes No. 1 is assigned to a timely entrant from this Promotion, the winner will receive Prize 1 in a promptly without delay, and a final payment of up to $500 within the 30th day of winner reporting shipping costs.
• Additional prizes will be rewarded by re-draw until all prizes are won.
• Shipping is paid in advance by winner, for any prize in which payment for shipping is due to be made. Up to $500 will be contributed.
• Present value of Sweepstakes No. 1 will vary depending on interest rates and market conditions at the time of the award. Bobbers and Old School Choppers (BAOSC) expressly reserves the right, at its option, to award merchandise prizes in cash at the stated value.

Eligibility:

• Sweepstakes No. 1 is limited to U.S. residents age 18+ who are physically located and residing in the U.S. Void where prohibited.

• You Have Not Yet Won. All Entries Have The Same Chance Of Winning. The winner has not been identified. We don’t know who the winner is. If you enter our Sweepstakes, your entry will have the same chance to win as every other entry.
• Enter For Free. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. Just follow the instructions in the Official Rules.

• Buying Won’t Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something. It would not be lawful to give any advantage to buyers in a Sweepstakes.

General Conditions:

• A limit of one online entry per household is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.
• All entries received from this Promotion by the entry deadline stated in these Official Rules will be eligible for all Sweepstakes offered herein. Entries submitted from this Promotion after the deadline will be deemed invalid.

Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified by mail or in person at our option. Winner’s contact information must be up-to-date and accurate for prize to be awarded. Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Award subject to verification of identity and eligibility. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner.

Please note: Unless otherwise specified, if the matching winning number from a Sweepstakes has not been returned at giveaway end, the minimum registered prize amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the event that the winning number from a winning Bulletin/promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among such duplicated numbers to determine a winner. In case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
